Terms of Service
Effective 15 September 2026. Using Brxify — the plugin, the API, or paid credits — means you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
The short version. Brxify converts most Hello Elementor + Elementor Free & Pro layouts into native Bricks drafts, typically 80–90% visual parity on the kits we test. The rest is listed in the report. It is not a 100% promise, and it never publishes your live Elementor site for you.
1. The service
Brxify is a conversion service: a WordPress plugin (the bridge) plus a hosted engine at api.brxify.com (the mapping). You export Elementor JSON, convert on a destination where Bricks is active, and receive Bricks drafts plus a report. Elementor and Bricks should not run on the same site — that is a Bricks/Elementor limitation, not a Brxify bug. The intended workflow is export from live, convert on staging.
2. Who these terms bind
You must be able to enter a contract (generally 18+) and, if you convert client sites, you must have the right to send that content to our API. “Brxify,” “we,” and “us” mean the operator of brxify.com. Paid checkout is processed by Freemius as merchant of record; their checkout terms apply to the payment itself.
3. Accounts, licences, trial
- Connecting the plugin (Freemius opt-in or licence key) can mint 3 trial credits once per eligible site. No card for the trial.
- You must keep the licence key confidential. Sharing a key across unrelated businesses to dodge a plan is grounds to suspend convert.
- Skip-connect / anonymous trial still uses the API under these terms.
4. Credits
- successfully converted (page, template, header, or footer — one_elementor_datadocument, not one section).
- Failed or rejected conversions are not charged.
- Plan credits refill on the Freemius billing cycle and do not stack month to month unless a plan description says otherwise.
- Top-up packs ($9 / 20 credits at the current public price) never expire and work without a subscription.
- We may rate-limit the API to keep the engine up. Abuse (automated scraping of convert, credential stuffing, or attempting to pull the engine) may get a 429 or a closed licence.
5. Money
Prices on brxify.com are in USD. Founding / paid-beta members keep the listed plan prices as the product grows, for as long as that plan remains active — we will not silently hike a founding subscription without a public notice. Taxes and VAT are collected by Freemius where required. Cancel anytime in the Freemius portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds. Unused purchased credits may be refunded via Freemius on request. Credits already consumed on a successful convert are not refunded — you received the draft and the report. Chargebacks without talking to us first may close the licence.
6. What you can expect (and cannot)
- Drafts only. You review in Bricks and you publish.
- Unsupported widgets are flagged, not silently deleted. Third-party addons (Jet, Crocoblock, etc.) are on the roadmap, not a guarantee today.
- Popup content can convert; popup triggers and timing in Elementor are often a manual Bricks pass.
- We do not warrant that a converted page will be identical in every browser, with every child theme, or with your custom CSS.
- The WordPress plugin is distributed under GPLv2 or later, as stated in the plugin header. The hosted mapping engine is not shipped in the zip and is not a public GPL dump of our transformers.
7. Your content
You retain rights to your Elementor and Bricks content. You grant us a limited right to process the export on our servers solely to convert it and return the result. We do not claim ownership of your kits. You must not send unlawful content or anyone else’s site without permission.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the API beyond ordinary use of the plugin; do not resell raw convert output as a competing hosted converter; do not use Brxify to violate Elementor, Bricks, or WordPress licences. The public plugin zip is the client bridge — converting still requires a valid licence and credits.
9. Trademarks
Brxify is independent. Elementor® and Bricks Builder are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them.
10. Availability and liability
The API is provided as a paid beta. We aim for uptime but do not promise 100%. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Brxify is not liable for lost profits, rebuild time, or publish mistakes after you accept a draft. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for credits in the 3 months before the claim (or $19 if you only used trial credits). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited — for example, fraud.
11. Termination
You can stop using the plugin and cancel Freemius. We can suspend convert if you breach these terms, do not pay, or abuse the API. Your Bricks drafts on your WordPress site stay yours.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the live version. Continued use after a dated change is acceptance. If a change is material — billing model, data storage — we will note it on this page.
13. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Payment disputes follow Freemius’s process first. Everything else: support@brxify.com.
